(1/23/2011) Mr. Boehner, where are the jobs…and other distractions.
This week has questions:
First, The Republicans had their thoroughly pointless and symbolic vote to kill Obamacare, and that’s all they’ve been talking about. It’s time to talk of other things.
Second, where ARE the jobs? Is that too much to ask when they were responsible for the economy tanking to begin with? It’s not like they didn’t have any time to think about this and we haven’t heard anything about what they want to increase jobs. So now, they should be able to clearly explain to the American People just how they intend to cut unemployment.
Third, why are they still claiming the people gave them a mandate to do what they are trying to do when polls clearly say differently?

Also, some of you may notice I stole the line “Mr. Boehner, where are the jobs?” from Keith Olbermann, but that’s mainly because he’s not using it now, and that’s the only mention of Mr. Olbermann in this edition of the Journal.
